Dynadot Help

To locate your Google Authenticator serial number or key, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
2. Select "My Info" from the left-side menu bar and click "Security" in the drop-down.
3. Press the "Unlock Account" button.
4. Verify your identity by entering your Security PIN.
   • If you haven't set any additional authentication:
     • After the account is unlocked, click plus sign next to "Authenticator App".
   • If you have additional authentication set:
     • Enter the required method (SMS code, Authenticator Token, or Security Key) as well to unlock.
     • Click on ellipsis icon behind "Authenticator App" section then hit "Edit".

You will now be able to access your serial number or key.
