POP3 (Post Office Protocol version 3): This protocol is used for receiving emails from a mail server to your email client (like Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol): SMTP is used for sending emails from your email client to a mail server.
IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol): IMAP is used for accessing emails stored on a mail server from multiple devices.
Different email clients have their configurations; thus, it is first required to clarify which of the above settings should be set up and then retrieve the email settings. We have two plans for email hosting:
For Free Plan, we provide POP3 only. (SMTP or IMAP are not supported.)
For Pro Plan, we provide POP3, SMTP, and IMAP for remote access.
To access your POP3, SMTP, or IMAP settings of our email service, please follow these steps:
Note: Please make sure that "Remote access" is enabled if you want to set up your Email accounts on email clients.
Want SMTP and IMAP access? No problem! Just upgrade to the Pro plan for full access and enjoy the best email experience!
