Dynadot Reviews and Testimonials

Each year I teach web design to 200+ students here at *****, a 10-month photography program. Each year I re-evaluate vendors, and obviously domain registration is an important piece. Even when we choose one primary, recommended vendor, I like to be able to recommend alternatives.

I've used Dynadot for some personal projects, chosen on the basis of just three criteria:

* You accept Paypal (at the time, the vendor I was using for most of my names did not)
* Your price was good, but not stupidly low
* Your website was tidy and sane-looking

So partly this is just a thank-you for providing a good service.

Dear Dynadot,

Recently I started a transfer to Dynadot and then realized that you did not offer auto renew. I emailed you and you graciously gave me a refund. I thought that was outstanding of you. At that time you also mentioned that you will be offering it soon. I kept that in mind.

Today I found myself again wanting to break these god foresaken ******* chains. So, although you still do not offer auto renew, because of your good customer service and the fact that you will be adding this feature soon, I went ahead and transferred 4 domains to you!

PS. Please add it auto renew soon 'cause I don't want to lose my names due to a simple oversight. Please make it credit card based too.

I signed up for Dynadot a few days ago but I've read quite a few great reviews on your services at NamePros. Your user interface is simple and allows features many of the others don't (such as setting default name servers, multiple domain contacts, etc). I'm also impressed that all of your services are cross browser/platform compatible.

Keep up the good work and remember customer service is what keeps customers (my previous registrar had the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced). I hope to be with you for many years to come.
