Websites are down again - and also unable to access files to update the website.
What's going on and when will they be back up?
Update - OK, they're back up now. Would still be interested to know the cause of the downtime.

I was working on my clients website, (strawberry server) now its down? Seems to be down every night for a bit. Whats up? If you tell me its someone using to many resources, kick his butt of the server! Or charge him more. Really need to get some work done here.
