When we delete accounts what is your policy on our data?

How do we delete accounts? Do we have to send Dynadot an e-mail asking for this to be done, and what is done with our data upon deletion of accounts? Is our data removed from the registries by Dynadot or is that data now in the possession of the registry? Any response would be much appreciated. Thank you.

We can disable accounts. Please send us an email if you want your account disabled.

If you are referring to our web hosting, expired hosting packages get completely deleted from our servers about 30 days after the hosting package expires.
