Website not working

I have both files index.html and logo.jpg uploaded on my site. The files have the source code and I still can not access my site.
What am I missing?

i uploaded my site and i deleted the index.html and the logo.jpg i thought i didnt need it...do i need it?....when i go to my website it says under construction
