I was testing my wordpress site for a week in a sub directory, when I moved into root, suddenly it's not working, slow.. and server status shows cpu load, memory usage.. I hope there is no issue in our website since it was working for a week. But if server has some issue pls fix it soon

I Can't even login into cpanel. Error shows..
"Internal Server Error
500
