This may be a stupid question but I'll ask anyway. I'm considering Dynadots webhosting since I have my domain here already. What program(s) are required or recommended to actually create a website?

The packages we offer now are basically raw web space.  You would need to design, code and upload all the content yourself.  That said, we are working on some exciting new site-builders and templates.  We hope to release them early next year and we promise, they WILL be worth the wait.
