want to get backups of my files & databases

Dear Sir,

My account id of dynadot is suprokash

Currently you suspended my hosting of lancetech.biz.

You said that my website uses too many resources, so that all other websites are going slow. I optimized my site 1 week ago & you wrote me everything was fine.

However, it's so pathetic for me that I have no recent updates of my databases & files. So, please, give me an option to get those backups. I have already changed my hosting for lancetech.biz.

Please, sir, approve my request, otherwise my business will be finished.
