<br>          edit: i can login cpanel with my mobilephone. i found the problem: my ip address of my PC is banned by your server. pls add my current ip your friendly ip list. when you cant see my ip, send me a message.

but i dont get once: if my ip is banned by server, this is normal that i cant login on cpanel. but it is not normal that i cant see anything on my browsers.

Not being able to visit your site is another indication of an IP block.  If you have not done so already, please email customer support to give them your IP address.
