Unable to open/load cPanel

Cannot open my cPanel page, and as such cannot change anything on my website.
Is this an issue caused by me or on dynadot's end?

The server you are on was running slower than usual yesterday morning and some users had trouble connecting.  The issue should be resolved now.  Thanks so much for your patience.
