Unable to open cpanel

I am unable to open cpanel or

ZTV Entertainment.net

to gain access to content or controls to change content of site.

Wondering if issues are from my end or dynadots

This was probably a temporary IP block placed by the cPanel firewall. Please contact us if it happens again. We won't be able to view the reason for the block unless it is still in place.
