Unable to get email

After following all instructions to activate email mailboxes remotely and configuring our email client to retrieve email with our domain name, we are unable to see emails in the inbox.  

After sending emails from outside services (hotmail and gmail) to our domain email accounts, it was found that the emails are forwarded to the email address used to register the domain by this email address [email protected].  .

We double checked all of our configuration settings, but are unable to explain this.  What would cause external emails to be forwarded in such a manner?

Your email forwarding was still turned on.  I have turned it off and regular email delivery should begin shortly.
