Trouble finding ftp info
1/2/2010 22:40
Hello,

I'm looking for my username and password so I can set up an ftp site through dynadot/Classicftp, but when I log into my dynadot account, there is no "Dynadot Hosting" box anywhere on any page, so there is no "[edit website]" or "Edit Site" Anywhere for that information to be displayed. Can anyone help me in setting up my ftp site, and find my username and password? Or even just give directions on where to find this "Dynadot Hosting" box?

Thank you

1. Log into your Dynadot account.
  2. Look for the "Dynadot Hosting" box at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the "[edit website]" link in the "Edit Site" column. A new web browser window should open, displaying the statistics for your web hosting plan.

Thank you for the reply, but when I look for the "Dynadot Hosting" box, I can't find it. I can't find that box on any page. Can someone show me where it is so I can find my username and password?

You did not order any web hosting with us, so that is why there is no "Dynadot Hosting" box.  If you are using someone else as your web host, you will need ask them for the FTP info.
