removed files

I removed some catalogs and files from home directory :(
But i have backup files of my site.
Now all subdomains are down and i can'taccess via ftp.
How can I recover default catalogs and files?
If you can setup default calatlogs i can upload site files.
Please help!

Would you like us to overwrite what's in the current directory and restore the original file structure? Just want to confirm in case we accidentally delete something you need =)

Thanks for your answer, yes you can overwrite the current directory, i was testing, and i have files on my pc.
