Hi :)
I am using Dynadots' 'basic/ Email hosting' plan. and  so far its been awesome :)
I noticed under the plan's"Prohibited Activities" the following short list...
_____________________________________________________
The following activities are prohibited:
. SPAM (including spam websites)
. Adult content
. Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement
. IRC (connections, servers/hosts, bots, etc.).
. System monitoring. You may not engage in probes, port-scans, sweeps, or spoofing.
~ Any illegal content prohibited by US law including:
child pornography, bestiality, child erotica, gambling, pyramid or "multilevel marketing" schemes
~Anything that threatens the stability/network stability of our web hosting.
___________________________________________________

When I said 'please explain IRC' Im not looking for a definition per-say.
I am a computer programmer... and I know exactly what IRC ( Internet Relay Chat ) is... but what Im having difficultly understanding is how does *Dynadot* define this (IRC), in regards to this list of prohibitited actions?
What I mean is :

~~ What would this even look like on a 'static html site' that uses the basic email hosting plan? Technically It couldn't exist!
Honestly... HOW could it even be possible for any type of advanced programing language (present in IRC software) to be used and function on a site hosted through that plan? According to the sites' Basic Email Hosting Plan description, if you want to custom-program your website from scratch, the only possible coding-languages you can use are HTML, and CSS.( At most, maybe some small / simple JavaScript codes). But that should be about it for designing a 'static html webpage'.
The Dynadot servers for this plan are NOT even capable of supporting things like PHP, Databases or MySQL. Therefore,  I do not know how an IRC message system could function at all under such limitations.

The problem is... I assume Dynadot put the 'No using IRC'  on the list for a reason ( somehow it must be possible to do it.)
I really do not want to break the sites' rules or anything, but I would really like to know exactly what I shouldn't do. Just to be safe, Because currently its a little vague.

Would it be possible for an employee reading this to please provide an example(s) of how IRC could be used in a way that violates your rules? Or could you please just describe what type of IRC exactly violates the rules/ how could it be used in a manner deemed unsafe?

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this. :) I Would greatly appreciate any further clarity on this topic.
