Hi, We have had a server migration completed and we now cannot send or receive emails through our email account - Microsoft Outlook 2010. I have tried all variations on your website to reconnect our email accounts however we continue to get an error report on both the send and receive test.. When I attempt an auto configure it states: "Problem connecting to server" and then "An encrypted connection to your email server is not available. Click next to attempt using an encrypted connection" After clicking next:I asks me to verify my email address and I can manually configure email settings which I have also attempted with no success. Can you please advise what I am to do to get our business emails up and running again ASAP!! Thank you Minetec Engineering
