my sql problem

im havin a problem connecting to a mysql server i have stored on my pc running through xamp i need this problem fixed as ive spent alot of money for my sql support that doesnt work this is my error everytime i connect if this isnt resolved unfortunately i will have to switch webhosts it is nothing wrong on my side considering i have tried it using other webhost connections and it works. . thank you i need help asap

Have you checked your MySQL credentials? Double check that your username/password are in your configuration file.
