keep getting invalid password on zpanel, cannot login...

no matter how many efforts i make zpanel commits to saying that my password is invalid. im using the zadmin username and password i got from email on zpanel and i keep getting rejected this is very annoying.. ive been having issues since placing my order.. and would like this resolved immediately. i need a password reset of my zpanel.

Are you still having this issue? Can you try obtaining your zPanel password via SSH? See details below:
