IP blocked ... cant access even through FTP

I just update my content with Wordpress panel, no wrong password or anything like that. This problem is recurrent but from the last time had been 24 hours and I'm still blocked :S.

After 4 temporary blocks, the cPanel firewall will issue a perm block. We have lifted this for you manually. If you had no password errors, you may want to check the settings in your FTP client and be sure it is not opening more than one concurrent connection to the server. This can lead to IP blocks.
