I'm having session problems, i am very disappointed

From long days ago (and months) i am having problems on my Advanced Web Hosting, I am getting constantly:

Unknown: write failed: Disk quota exceeded (122)
Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is c orrect (/tmp)

And I have a big quota yet, so, what is the problem with the hosting???

I need response very soon!!!!

Hello,

We recommended earlier that you try writing temporary data to a folder other than /tmp. Have you tried this? If you have tried this and you are still experiencing issues, please let us know.
