Everytime I try and do something on wordpress, it asks for my ftp credentials... where do I get them from?

Log into cPanel and click on the 'FTP Accounts' icon in the 'Files' section. You can create additional FTP accounts here, or use the one that came with your account. Use the 'Configure FTP Client' link to pull up your details.
