GEO IP on advanced hosting

Hello. I have asked support by e-mail if advanced hosting supports GEO IP and I received confirmation that it supports. But when I'm trying to use GEO IP function it tells me that it is undefined.

Notice: Undefined index: GEOIP_COUNTRY_CODE in /home/xxxx/public_html/admin/check.php on line 55

Hello,

While we do have Geo Ip functionality, we do not support the PHP Geo Ip module. This means that the country info can be retrieved, but not through PHP.
