FTP Problem while transferring host

Hi,

How do I connect to my host via filezilla? I have not able to connect it. I am using advance hosting.

For your info, the domain I have registered my host with dynadot is the same as the one I have registered with hostgator (my previous host). I am wondering do I need to point the dns from hostgator to dynadot first before i can access it via filezilla?

Or is there another way to do it?

Appreciate your advice.

That would be the easiest way to do it.

You should also be able to do it by using the IP address for your server. You can find that by logging into CPanel and looking on the left hand side.
