Free Site Builder -> bad experience

Last week I started the free site builder. After creating the site, I wasn't able to connect one of my domains to it. Contacted support, who emailed me back that Tech Support was taking a look at it. After 4 days of silence I decided to reply the email with the question "what is the status of the issue?'. No response.

Suddenly the domain name was connected and the site I created was live.

Since a few days I want to add more articles to the site using this site builder. So I log in to the Dynadot dashboard, click 'hosting', 'edit', and then an error appears..

https://sitebuilder8199.dynadot.com/edit/edit.html can not be found.

This has been going on since 3 days..

And now it is Saturday and the chat function is offline.. What can I do? What did I do wrong?
