Files upload problems

I can not upload any files without problems neither from my account nor by ftp client.

FTP client reports:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: File transfer failed

https connection (by FF) reports:
*The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
*Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

what's the matter?

Sorry for the late reply but it looks like you were able to add files into your email hosting since then. Please let us know if you still require any assistance.
