I have two email boxes set up, both email boxes are able to send out email but are not able to receive any items. Please could someone let me know how I can fix this? Many thanks.
Sorry for the late reply. The email hosting need to be set up for the domain before the email could start working. If you want to host your website and email with the email hosting, you could set it up following these steps: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/set-domain-email-hosting
After that, the domain email should be good to go.
