"email hosting" breaks DNS
9/8/2015 19:50
I switched over to your "email hosting" package to have more than 10 email forwards for my domain. In doing so, all my configured DNS entries (in your control panel) are now ignored, meaning my subdomain A records don't resolve.

I do not want a hosted web site (which is why I bought the "email hosting" package).

How to I use email hosting, while still retaining control over my DNS entries?

When you purchase our Email Hosting package and the domain is registered here, our system will automatically configure the hosting plan to the domain. Looks like you were able to switch the settings back to DNS and set up your MX records to get email flowing.

I was able to change the setting back to DNS, but when I do so, email stops flowing.

You have the Email Hosting MX records set up, so email should be working properly. Are you still having issues today?
