Hi,
I've been trying to download our emails from the server since 3:00pm yesterday (eastern time), and I have been unable to do so.
I tried using several different computers, as well as changing the applications to get the emails, without success.
The error message I keep on getting is:
"Thunderbird
Connection to server pop.webhost.dynadot.com timed out."
IÉ also got a similar message with outlook.
I am able to fetch emails manually by logging on the web-based inbox, but would like to refrain from having to do so.
I also tried several tweaking with my mail client, in order to get the emails, without success.
I have not seen any messages about any updates or problems, yet, and would like to know how or when this could be solved?
