So basically I want to make a website for my minecraft server. Will I be able to use the domain for the website and then I use a subdomain for the minecraft server?
Because as far as I know, I am only able to choose or a name server or a DNS, not both. Or is this not the case? Sorry I am relatively a new user of dynadot.

Yes, you can point your main domain and your subdomain(s) to different places using our DNS.  If you have 3rd party host, and you are using their Name Servers, you'll have to set up your subdomains with them.
