When I try to login to my cPanel, I try to log in, then I get some Windows Security box where I log in my credentials. When I do, that same box pops up. So I hit cancel for that Windows Security thing. Then after it went away, it said that my login information was invalid. So, I requested a password reset, and it sent me an email and gave me a confirmation code. I put that into the box and it said that it wasn't correct, even though I had copied and pasted it. Since it didn't work, I tried to resend and email, but it won't send it to me.
