earlier today i modified the user accounts in ftp settings. I then added a subfolder labeled "Customers" under the public_ftp folder.  Afterwards, I was unable to log into ftp.mydomain.com or cpanel, and our website is no longer up.  When I visit mango.dynadot.com from the browser or from the link under Hosting in my account "Webpage Not Available" appears.  

I have tried access using chrome and explorer.  
I have cleared my cache, history, cookies, etc.
mydomain and mango.dynadot.com are in my safe-sites list.

I'm not sure what I did, but it wasn't good.  Please help!

You were blocked due to failed FTP logins.  That is why your site appeared offline.  You may want to update your password again and then enter that into your FTP program.
