cannot start webmastering after payment

hi,

I'm trying to setup my joomla 1.5 based website.
I've installed the Joomla 1.5 into the root directory through Fantastico, but I still get the "Default Web Site Page" at the address http://greenemall.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi when I try to enter directly to the http://www.greenemall.com.

What's wrong?
