Cannot login to cPanel or Wordpress

I have been working on my site all day today, but around 3pm CST, I could no longer access the cPanel or WordPress, both kept timing out. This is still the situation 6 hours later. I had the same issue once yesterday, but it resolved itself within an hour. Suggestions?

This was an IP block set by the cPanel firewall due to too many connections to the server being opened at once.

Your specific issue was addressed by customer support yesterday and has been resolved.
