My IP adress is blocked again. It keeps happening every time I'm abroad. and I'm abroad all the time for work and can't get my mail. I have to go on the chat line and ask for my actual " temp" adress to be unblocked. Can you fix this? Can the server be less sensitive to different IP adresses. I can not provide 1 IP as I'm in hotels and remote locations all over the world all the time.
Simply logging in from an unrecognized IP will not result in a block. The firewall looks for failed login attempts, too many concurrent connections, port scanning, etc... Anything that poses a security risk.
Looks like you've already discussed the reason for your block with customer support. Are you still being blocked?
