hi there we are new to your hosting company

we are a online gameing clan with members all round the world now we switched to your hosting company and there is a tesm of 3 people and the site owner who should have accessd to set up the new website

there are 2 in the UK 1 in austraia and 1 in the USA

the problem we have is the member from the USA CANT ACCESS CPANL OR THE WEBSITE

we have run alot of tests on his computer ever put a fresh copy of windows on but still the problem is there
we belive it is a problen with the people who dynadot host there advanced plan through that have blocked this member and need advice on how we can have this bann on his ip lifted
