Adding/Updating Email Programmatically?

I didn't see anything in the API so I'm assuming the API is for domain management only.

Is it possible to automate email creation,updates, and deletion via script or any other way programmatically?

And if so can it be done on a Basic Hosting account?

No, sorry, the API is for domain management only.  There isn't an API for Basic Hosting.
