Accessing domain mail
12/2/2010 15:36
Hi,

In the help section, under the question

How do I let others access their domain mail online?

it says "Once you have set up a user account, your users can access their domain email online by visiting http://www.yourdomain.com/user/signin.html and entering in their username and password."

However when I try go to http://www.yourdomain.com/user/signin.html it gives me a 404 page not found error before redirecting to a pretty useless page with no login options.

How do I let other people access their accounts without logging in to the domain from dynadot?

Thank you

You can use mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook or Mail. Make sure each user has the correct settings. You can find out account and setting information by going here:

What are the POP3, SMTP, or IMAP settings for my domain email?
