why my domain in processing mood

hello,
i've bought a domain name which is "sexynoz.com"
after 1 day of payment um watching processing as a status of my domain.
when um gonna have the full control on my domain?
please help

Hello I bought 3 domains 3 days ago. I checked my account today it says myit needs approval.
