email disk usage

just paid the usd 11.90 for basic web hosting. after having sent 5 or 6 test-emails with picture files attached my disk usage is already on more than 200%. so, even i would upgrade to the maximum of 300mb space it would be used up within a day or so.

several people should get their email adress here. so, no way this space could ever be enough.

can somebody help? what to do?
