While checking the recent website hits, I noticed this file of which I did not put there.

I guess that it is like robots.txt which is for search engines, but what does it do, what is it meant to be.

Also, what other ones of these files are there, what do they mean, and how can I gain access to them?

To put it simply, favicon.ico file are the little icons that appear next to the URL in web browsers. See up the top next to the DynaDot URL you will see the little DynaDot icon.
