Can I create a new hosting under the name of my domain, but redirect that to another hosting company that I am currently using so thatI can utilise the email hosting as well as to keep some .zip files that can be downloaded with Dynadot?

are you talking about using a hosting service that you pay for to sell hosting to other people?

If so you are better off looking into renting a dedicated server from someone els like hostgator

Your question is a little unclear.

Our Web hosting only supports hosting of one domain name at a time.
