can't get to my mail or site
My IP adress is blocked again. It keeps happening every time I'm abroad. and I'm abroad all the time for work and can't get my mail. I have to go on the chat line and ask for my actual " temp" adress to be unblocked. Can you fix this? Can the server be less sensitive to different IP adresses. I can not provide 1 IP as I'm in hotels and remote locations all over the world all the time. This is an urgent matter Thank you

Simply logging in from an unrecognized IP will not result in a block. The firewall looks for failed login attempts, too many concurrent connections, port scanning, etc... Anything that poses a security risk. Looks like you've already discussed the reason for your block with customer support. Are you still being blocked?
