The CN central registry has extended this special pricing promotion until Dec, 31 2007 16:00 GMT. For one year new domain registration: $2.99 ($1.99 bulk customers) For multi-year new registrations, the first year is $2.99 ($1.99 bulk customers), and subsequent years are $19.99 ($14.99 bulk customers). Also, they have lowered transfer and renewal pricing: $19.99 ($14.99 bulk customers) These prices do not apply to CN IDN domains (domains in Chinese). I've been buying these up like crazy at this price. If they return good for I'll renew them. The renewal is honestly a bit high though. Might want to discuss a lower renewal rate with them. Thanks!

This special has been extended until December 31, 2008. Please note that there will be a CN price increase starting on January 1, 2009. We have not been notified of the exact increase yet, but we will let you know what the new CN prices will be once we find out. You may want to register your CN ASCII domains now before prices go up in January 2009.

Tanya: The Registries treat Renewals and Transfers as basically the same, in terms of cost, so the sale price doesn't apply. In order for us to offer $2.99 transfers, the Central Registry would need to lower their price.
