I've been buying these up like crazy at this price. If they return good for I'll renew them. The renewal is honestly a bit high though. Might want to discuss a lower renewal rate with them.

The Registries treat Renewals and Transfers as basically the same, in terms of cost, so the sale price doesn't apply.
In order for us to offer $2.99 transfers, the Central Registry would need to lower their price.
