on new site builder how do set up contact us form?

There is no way to create such a forum with the current sitebuilder version. We will be adding more capability to it as we go.

hi,this site builder has very few options,is there a possibility to use some other site creator and then upload it here or something?as i am new in this and seems like this creator is very bad.

No, that's not an option. The site builder is still in beta. More features/changes should be made in the next few months or so.
