Will Dynadot be adding any of these new gTLDs to their list shortly?
My understanding is ICANN is going through a milestone step in their gTLD of which they want to release. My question is, will Dynadot be looking forward to having any of them available here? Here is a link I found in yahoo-search. http://www.newgtldsite.com/sort-categorically/

Yes, there will be a lot of new TLDs in the near future. We may be adding some of these, but not right away. Right now, we're focusing on adding support for a broader number of existing ccTLDs. If anyone has any suggestions on which of the new TLDs they'd like added, however, please post them here. :)

I guess Dynadot will not concentrate on the hundreds of new TLDs and please dont expect any good will come served with hand reg. fee. Only few names of this big collections will make a profit, the otehrones will simply die. The .com will win at the end. Its easier to remember. The new TLDs are for a small domainers who want to get rich fast, but they will lose a lot of money on that. The big ones, will go for premium names on pre release auctions.

I personally like a lot of the new TLDs. I think they would make for great personal sites. Most in the industry do not believe they will make good investments, but I suppose we will have to wait and see. I think their appeal may lie more with bloggers and those not necessarily looking to sell the names. If we get enough interest, maybe we can convince the powers that be to let us try out on or two of these new extensions. I'm voting for .green.

We need a study to be conducted with Dynadot customers. Select which ones of these new gTLDs would you be interested in buying. I am not into domain investment so much myself, rather I seek the domain names for my own websites. I like most of all, to have different gTLDs to be used for different styles of websites. Especially different device types. For that reason, .web, .website and .webs would all be of some interest where I can have mydomain.web be done in one style, mydomain.website in another style. The data would otherwise be the same, and access to the same SQL database too, just different style of website to suit different customers. Perhaps, Dynadot could set up a webhosting special. Same domain, with different gTLDs to the same webhosting or something like that.

The TLD will become relevant to search, the TLD will fade away. The logic of it being easiest to remember is not on the minds at ICANN or Google. If Google can monetize "it" then the "it" will likely happen. The "it" in this case is search. If I am looking for a website that involves cameras, then my search will involve the .camera TLD. Just imagine a file full of thousands of records. You need to be able to locate a record in the most efficient way. Do you have 3 file folders .com, .net and .org? No you need many file folders to hold all the different type of records. If Google does not do this then they will be replaced by a more efficient search methods.

Hi all! To wit, check this out [http://www.ricksblog.com/2013/08/web-free-and-geos-lead-domain-investors-choices-on-new-gtlds/] - if you are not familiar with Rick Schwartz, well, he's rude and crude and is worth listening to anyways (imo). The conclusion they reached over there is in the link: .web is the favorite, followed generally by geo-domains. Personally, I think .web is just a 2.0 of .net (people actually used to say 'net' instead of 'web' right?!) To me, the promise is in geo-domains. Thats where its at. I've read alot about this, and it makes sense to me that people draw identity from the places they live and play in, and find great utility in such identities. What do you think? Whats the #1 most promising/exciting of the bunch? Which do you think will workout in the long run? (

For me, I operate my own websites. I do not buy domain names for investment of the domain name. I value giving the surfer a choice of website styles, by choosing a different gTLD. such as .com and .mobi as I currently do. The idea is to keep everyone happy, with there being a style of my website to suit everyone. Certainly device specific gTLDs would be very popular such as .web and .webs I also hope to start up a transport company, so for that having gTLDs such as .today where people can see what is happening today, and only what is happening today. Then there is .green, .orange .red and so on, I can give colors to different lines of my business. There are a number of different ways in which I as a business can benefit from the new list of gTLDs and I aim to be there and benefit from them as best I can. Is there any update on what gTLDs Dynadot may be getting any time soon?

Any news on new gTLDs being launched. Today I got news of two being launched. Now I regret deleting the email too quickly as I have no forgotten which. Am sure .club was one of the two. Also, where would I read about news of when Dynadot are launching a new TLD so I can keep up with what Dynadot now has?

We have a full list of the Donuts release dates here: https://www.dynadot.com/community/blog/2014/01/donuts-early-access-general-availability-new-tlds.html .CA was jsut launched as well. :) Our blog is probably the best way to keep abreast of all the releases. Aside from the newsletter, that is.

Just wish to remind Dynadot, that it is very important to do two things in the 'Advanced search' option for domain names. Firstly, is the issue of how the current list invades the area for the right hand column, to the point you do not know which box you are clicking on. Also, the need to check so many items when I seek to search for a list of gTLDs, is tedious. Perhaps a button to 'select all' would be an option. There have been other wish-list items I have posted above, but they are not really important as the above two points are. While I am here, I would like to suggest an idea. ++ I want to work out which name I want for a business, and I want to make sure it is available across my whole selection of gTLDs ++ I have different choices of names, and want to check which one of them has the best range of gTLDS available for that name It would be handy if there can be a search done across many names, across the same set range of gTLDs, and just respond with how many gTLDs in that list are available for each of those names.

Ok, many of the new gTLDs are being, I forget the word, but they are being released sort of. When is Dynadot going to start registrations of these latest additions? By my list, already released should be, .city .wedding .buy .play .party .food .menu .green .dog .energy .career .lifestyle In this month of July, this list of very interesting gTLDs should be happening .online .help .site .email .wiki .singles .talk .home .poker Looks like there shall be around 20 to 25 released each week. The above list are just those I find interesting for those two months.

I am getting emails saying, 'time is now to register .today domains'. I would really like to register some of my domains in the .today gTLD. I hereby repeat my request to Dynadot to expand into these new gTLDS, or at least the .today ones please.

Today I went to register some domains, in my favorite of .com and .mobi too and I noticed something. After doing the advanced search, down the bottom I got seven new gTLDS in the list. .bike .clothing .guru .holdings .plumbing .singles and .ventures At $150 each, they are a tad too expensive right now, but there is three in that list I do like so one day. The only issue I found was, the checkbox list had overflowed into the account information on the right hand side of the screen. Also, I would really ask that the checkboxes be grouped with headings, in at least two groups being generic and country-code ones. While I am here on the issue of these checkboxes, I will repeat an earlier request to have them custom set. Where I am always keen to register a name in a selected list of gTLDs, I can get it automatically set to do my choice of gTLDs each time by default.

I hope this gets you more into the mood of including these and other new gTLDs.

The list you provided, the user needs to have a choice of different listing order options such as, ++Sorted by TLD-Alphabetically. ++Perhaps the option of being sorted by length? ++Select all ccTLDs without secondary TLDs, to provide me with a simple list of all the different countries you cater for. ++Able to select open access gTLDs ++Able to select semi-restricted TLDs such as .xxx where you need to be registered with the provider, or you need to conform in a certain way.
