Problem reported (domain in server hold status) many days ago and no solution at all
I reported a problem (my domain postdata.club suddenly is in serverHold status without any notification or something similar) and I try to get a solution form dynadot I wrote to the chat and nothing happens, I wrote an email a never got an answer and I reported a bug and got a short answer where you said: "After investigating, we have determined that the domain status is set by the registry, and this is not a bug. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we confirm that we have already taken steps to handle this case. " but it's been a week since that answer and my domain remain on server hold. I really don't know what to do to get back my domain online. I'm really disappointed with dynadot support. I hope you can get me a solution.
